Introduction
The District Shamli is carved out from Muzaffarnagar. This place is famous for Sugar/Jaggery. The land of Shamli is very fertile which makes this place prosperous and developed. Shamli is located in Northern part of Uttar Pradesh. From November to March the climate of the district is very pleasant due to Western Northern airflow. There is 5484 Hectare of land under forest area. Along with various religious places the city is also known for its developing industrialization.
